Training providers

Bookings and payment

Booking for the workshop is made by completing the booking form on-line at www.afpe.co.uk/training or at www.amicihr.madasafish.com or by contacting one of the training providers on 020 8616 0695 or 07527 477729. To secure a telephone reservation, payment must be received within 5 days of the provisional booking being made.

Payment for a workshop is to be made in GBP sterling in one of the following ways:

Once payment has been received confirmation of the workshop booking will be provided. The training providers reserve the right to refuse admission to the workshop if payment has not been received prior to attending the workshop.

Joining instructions

Joining instructions will be sent out by e-mail to delegates at lease 14 days before the start of the workshop.

Workshop dates and venues

The training providers reserve the right at any time to alter or cancel a training workshop, cancel published dates and or change venues without liability. If a workshop is cancelled monies received in respect of that workshop will be refunded in full unless the delegate agrees to an alternative workshop. While every effort will be made to avoid resource changes, the training providers reserve the right to amend or replace any pre-named trainer scheduled to deliver a specific workshop or any other aspect or resource for the workshop.

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be sent by the respective delegate by e-mail and received by the training providers at info@afpe-amicihr.co.uk. The notification calendar periods for cancellation notification before the first day of the workshop and % value of the total booking fee forfeited by the delegate is shown below:
